Dawin is a documentation tool that assists healthcare professionals. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions, patient care, and the accuracy of final documentation. You must review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in patient care. Dawin does not provide medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and materials, is owned by Dawin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your patient data and clinical documentation.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to HIPAA compliance and protecting patient health information. You agree to use the Service in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable privacy regulations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAWIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dawin harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
