How does the app actually work?
Simply start recording during your consultation. Our AI is uniquely trained to understand the way Lebanese doctors speak—switching seamlessly between French, English, and the Lebanese dialect. It listens to this mix and automatically converts it into structured Clinical Notes (SOAP format).
Does it handle patient phone calls?
You have a call? No problem. We treat phone calls just like consultations. The app acts as a Simple CRM, unifying all your data in one place. Whether you see a patient in the clinic or speak to them over the phone, the transcript and summary are automatically filed into the same patient history.
Why should I want the Hardware Device (Annual Plan)?
The device is the bridge that unifies your data. Without it, your records are fragmented: phone calls stay on your mobile log, and clinic visits stay in files. With the device, both In-Person visits and Phone Calls are automatically recorded and merged into one single CRM timeline.
Can I get Pro without the device?
Yes, you can subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan ($49/mo). However, you will have to manually record every visit using your phone’s microphone, and you won’t get the automatic phone call logging. The device is included FREE with the Annual plan ($470/yr).
What is the difference between the Free Trial and the Pro Plan?
Starter (Free): You get access to the app with up to 50 consultations (~1GB) and the basic AI template. Pro Monthly ($49/mo): Unlocks unlimited storage, 15+ specialist AI templates, and WhatsApp integration. Device is +$150 extra. Pro Annual ($470/yr): Everything in Pro Monthly plus a FREE recording device ($150 value), automatic call logging, and unified timeline.
How much does it cost?
Starter is free (50 consultations). Pro Monthly is $49/month with optional device (+$150). Pro Annual is $470/year (~$39/mo) and includes the device FREE—saving you $418 total. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime.
Is my patient data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 Bank-Grade encryption for all audio and text. We are HIPAA/GDPR compliant. Your patient’s confidentiality is our top priority.
What happens when I fill up the Free Plan storage?
Your data is safe, but you cannot record new visits until you upgrade to Pro. All your existing recordings and notes remain accessible—you just need to upgrade to continue adding new consultations.
Do I need to buy a specific device?
No. The software works perfectly on your existing iOS or Android smartphone. You only need the add-on hardware (included FREE in the Annual Plan, or +$150 for Monthly) if you want to automatically record phone calls or if you work in a noisy environment and want the highest possible audio precision.
